Registered & Enrolled Nurse – Incentives & Rural Lifestyle

About the role

We are looking for experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our high‑performing team in Harden, NSW. The positions offer a blend of clinical autonomy, community‑focused care and attractive rural incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care in homes and community settings.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Recognise and respond to patient deterioration, escalating care when required.
• Provide health education, promotion and support smooth transitions of care.
• Supervise AINs, students and learners where appropriate.

Required profile

• Qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with current registration.
• Demonstrated experience in community or acute care environments.
• Strong clinical judgement, leadership and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to live and work in a rural community.
