Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and candidates.
• Source, assess and present top talent in your specialisation.
• Consult hiring managers using market knowledge to advise on talent strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in 360‑degree recruitment or solution‑based B2B sales.
• Commercially driven, results‑focused and naturally consultative.
• Resilient, curious, eager to learn and a strong team player.

• Proven B2B sales and client‑management abilities.
