About the role

Join MinRes as a Recruitment Advisor and become a trusted partner to hiring leaders across the business. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to onboarding, and help shape the future workforce for major projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to identify talent needs and provide strategic sourcing advice.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including briefings, reference checks, qualification verification and pre‑employment coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports and provide regular updates to managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy.
• Strong capability in proactive sourcing, market mapping and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to manage high‑volume, time‑critical hiring across multiple sites (for blue‑collar roles).

Required skills

• Technical headhunting and market mapping.
• Knowledge of trades qualifications, licensing and site‑based workforce requirements.
