Organisational Development Specialist

About the role

Mineral Resources is seeking an energetic Organisational Development Specialist to build leadership capability across its mining and operational environment. You will design, facilitate and continuously improve leadership programmes that have a real impact on people and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging leadership and development programmes for frontline supervisors, operational leaders and senior executives.
• Design and develop practical, industry‑relevant workshops, facilitator guides and participant resources.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate business challenges into tailored learning solutions.
• Gather feedback and use business insights to continuously improve programmes.
• Travel to operational sites as required to deliver programmes on‑site.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in organisational development, leadership development or learning & development.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior operational leaders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in mining, construction or heavy industry with geographically dispersed workforces.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is desirable.
