About the role
Join the brand‑new Fowler Simmons Radiology team at Eastwood Private Hospital in Adelaide’s CBD. This full‑time position (Monday‑Friday) involves rotating between the hospital and the Hutt Street clinic, providing front‑line support for patients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage phone enquiries and front‑desk reception, greeting and billing patients.
- Handle online bookings, enter and register appointments for patients and referrers.
- Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims.
- Support the hospital’s imaging needs and foster positive relationships with staff and doctors.
Required profile
- Strong customer/patient service skills with an empathetic, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent rapport‑building skills with doctors and hospital staff.
Required skills
- Proficiency in managing phone systems and online booking platforms.
- Experience with billing, invoicing and Medicare claim processing.
