Qualified Educator

About the role

We are looking for a qualified educator to join our early childhood centre in Leichhardt on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality education and care, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement age‑appropriate learning activities in line with the OAC Way.
• Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of each child at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with families.
• Collaborate with the casual support team to organise and manage shift bookings.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on‑call and adapt to shift schedules.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
