Assistant Educator (Certificate III)

About the role

Eden Academy Salisbury Heights is preparing to open its brand‑new early childhood service and seeks two passionate Certificate III Educators to join the founding team. You will work in a purpose‑built, 118‑place centre that operates from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, providing a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver meaningful learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Build genuine relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
• Maintain a child‑safe environment and uphold National Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with the team to support children with diverse needs.
• Participate in daily operational duties, including health and safety checks.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional approach with a team‑first attitude.
• Availability to work five days per week across a range of shifts.
• Two professional references, one from a manager or supervisor in early childhood.
