Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
• Maintain professional phone and email etiquette.
• Utilise the OPERA property management system.
• Leverage previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Maintain exemplary personal and workplace presentation.

Required profile

• Can‑do, willing attitude with strong team focus.
• Initiative and ability to work independently when needed.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.
• Professional, well‑mannered approach in every interaction.
