Project Manager – Modular Data Centre Projects

About the role

DXN Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of modular data centre projects from concept through handover. You will act as the single point of accountability, coordinating design, manufacturing, engineering, procurement and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of modular data centre projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and handover.
• Sequence manufacturing, freight, site works and commissioning to maintain the critical path.
• Coordinate internal teams (design, production, engineering, procurement) and external contractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, driving early recovery solutions.
• Communicate progress to clients, produce reports and manage expectations.
• Participate on‑site for key milestones and ensure safety, quality and compliance standards are met.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
• Technical background in electrical and data systems.
• Relevant certification such as Cert III (mechanical, electrical, project management) or higher.
• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice with a valid passport and permanent Australian visa.

Required skills

• Electrical and data system knowledge.
• Air‑conditioning fundamentals (highly regarded).
• ACMA cabler registration (preferred).
• Electrical licence (preferred).
• PMP or PRINCE2 methodology (preferred).
• NetSuite or Simpro working knowledge.
