Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our Sydney team, reporting to the Supply Planning Manager. The role focuses on finished‑goods planning across local production, imports and rework, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time for our national network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate finished‑goods, import and rework planning across the national network.
• Partner with Production Schedulers, Demand Planning, Logistics and NPD to balance supply and demand.
• Deliver planning KPIs such as DIFOT, case fill, DIO and aged stock.
• Communicate supply risks, stock shortages and planning decisions to stakeholders.
• Use SAP, Excel, Power BI and AI‑enabled tools to support planning and decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, planning processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supply Planner in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
• Confidence building relationships, influencing stakeholders and communicating supply risks.
• Interest in AI tools and new technology that improve planning efficiency.
