Project Manager – Mining, Energy & Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of major mining, energy and industrial projects across Western Australia. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are executed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multi‑million‑dollar projects, delivering scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety targets.
• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules, delivery plans and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Lead project governance activities, including documentation, approvals and stage‑gate reviews.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, forecasts and regular reporting.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and change requests.
• Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Support project close‑out, customer acceptance and final documentation handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multi‑million‑dollar projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, scope and risk.
• Strong ability to coordinate customers, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors and internal teams.
• Experience managing project governance, documentation, approvals and stage‑gate processes.
• Background in customer‑facing project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
