Nitrogen/Lube Oil Flushing Technician (Full‑Time)

About the role

EnerMech is seeking experienced technicians to join its core crew for nitrogen and lube oil flushing operations. Based at the Henderson facility in Perth, the role supports both on‑shore and offshore projects, providing full‑time, permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor equipment for liquid nitrogen supply, including LN2 vaporizers and pumps.
• Safely handle cryogenic fluids and conduct routine checks, maintenance and monitoring of high‑volume nitrogen membrane units.
• Support pre‑ and post‑turnaround work on‑site, collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to improve plant reliability.
• Uphold EnerMech’s safety, integrity and operational excellence standards at all times.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience operating high‑volume nitrogen membrane units.
• Previous LNG facility or shutdown campaign experience (essential).
• Ability to read P&IDs, flow diagrams and control systems.
• Australian working rights and ability to pass OEUK or Safer Together medical.

Required skills

• Operation of nitrogen membrane units, compressors and dryers.
• Handling of cryogenic fluids, LN2 vaporizers and pumps.
• Understanding of gas separation technologies and high‑volume nitrogen services.
• Familiarity with safety documentation such as White Card and High Risk Work Licence.
