Project Manager – Macquarie Park

About the role

Kennards Self Storage is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its in‑house team at the Macquarie Park head office. You will lead the delivery of new self‑storage centres, expansions of existing sites and mixed‑use developments across New South Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from tendering through construction supervision to final handover.
• Coordinate with builders, external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee project administration, reporting and quality control for all initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong ability to collaborate with builders, consultants and internal teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail in project administration and reporting.
• High‑level communication skills and capability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strategic planning, time‑management and the capacity to juggle competing priorities.
