Project Manager - Fit-Outs

About the role

An established national business specialising in commercial office and workplace fit-outs is looking for a Project Manager to join its Melbourne team. The business has almost 100 staff across Australia and New Zealand, including around 20 in Victoria, and is privately owned by one Director. Projects typically run from $1m to $10m, and you will manage your own projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own fit-out projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover
• Work closely with in-house design and estimating teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Take ownership of projects and make decisions

Required profile

• Intermediate or Senior Project Manager with a background in commercial construction
• Ideally experience delivering fit-out projects; retail or hospitality fit-out experience is also relevant
• D&C experience is not essential, as the wider team supports you in learning the company's approach
