Customer Service Representative - Building Products Coordination

About the role

A full-time permanent Customer Service Representative is sought to coordinate on-site issue resolution for building products in the construction materials sector. The role sits in Melbourne's south-east, with strong management support and ongoing training, and is not open to sponsorship or work visas.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for builders and site supervisors on product-related site issues.
• Investigate and clarify service concerns by phone and email.
• Coordinate quick solutions with internal departments.
• Organise and prioritise tasks for a small on-site service team.
• Maintain clear communication with site personnel and support teams.
• Occasionally attend site visits and training sessions to build product and installation knowledge.

Required profile

• Customer service experience with familiarity of construction site operations.
• Strong communication skills with tradespeople, builders and internal teams.
• Proven organisational and coordination ability, especially managing service personnel.
• Right to work in Australia is mandatory.
