Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role
The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $30M commercial construction project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of the build, ensuring timely completion within the client’s budget.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance on site
- Develop and maintain project programming and schedules
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cost control, and forecasting
- Coordinate client communications and expectations
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on small‑to‑medium fit‑out or new‑build projects
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building‑related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required skills
- Procore (experience desirable)
