Project Manager – Client Side – Education / Health Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client‑side delivery of education and health construction projects. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through to construction, commissioning and handover, on projects ranging from $50 million to $500 million+.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and stakeholder liaison throughout project phases.
• Develop and oversee project planning, feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Drive value engineering and design management to optimise outcomes.
• Lead procurement of construction services and manage contracts.
• Control costs, produce cost reports and ensure budget compliance.
• Supervise construction delivery, act as superintendent and coordinate commissioning.
• Handle post‑contract duties, including handover and close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5–10+ years of end‑to‑end project management experience on building projects.
• Proven experience delivering education projects is preferred; health or commercial experience also considered.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Previous client‑side project management experience desirable.
