Project Architect / Project Lead – Residential Projects

About the role

As a registered Project Architect (Project Lead) you will drive the delivery of high‑quality residential projects, blending design excellence with strong technical expertise. You will lead the preparation and coordination of tender and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the creation of tender and construction documentation for residential projects.
• Ensure design compliance with codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, local authorities, approving bodies and sub‑consultants.
• Develop design options in collaboration with the design team.
• Prepare, develop and edit drawings and 3D models using Revit and Rhino.
• Manage technical detailing of façade systems and construction documentation.

Required profile

• 6+ years post‑qualification experience as a registered architect.
• Extensive residential sector experience, including tendering and construction phase delivery.
• Master’s degree in architecture and a recognised architectural qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to take initiative under manager direction.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Competence with Rhino.
• Experience using the Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
