About the role
Join an established architectural studio in Ryde to work on Class 2 multi‑residential and mixed‑use projects. The position offers a comprehensive onboarding programme, ongoing mentorship, and support for registration if desired.
Key responsibilities
- Produce construction documentation packages for medium to large scale Class 2 residential and mixed‑use projects.
- Coordinate consultants and stakeholders, and attend site meetings.
- Collaborate with the wider design team and gain exposure to design stages on future projects.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
- Strong competency in ArchiCAD.
- Proven experience in construction coordination on Class 2 projects is preferred.
