Program Director – Better Connect

About the role

Lead Better Connect across Queensland, providing strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations and partnerships. Build trusted relationships with PHNs, funders, government representatives, service providers and community stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Turn plans into measurable outcomes, maintaining focus, accountability and momentum.
• Identify and progress growth opportunities that strengthen Better Connect’s impact.
• Lead and support teams through change, growth and continuous improvement.
• Use data, insights and sector intelligence to inform decision making and future direction.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience within health, mental health, AOD, community services or a related sector.
• Demonstrated success leading people, partnerships and complex service delivery.
• Experience working with funders, commissioners, PHNs, government or key sector stakeholders.
• Track record of converting plans into action and achieving agreed outcomes.
