About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator – Packaging to join the Gage Roads Brewery team in Palmyra, WA. You will work across the full packaging operation, handling keg, bottle and can lines to help get our craft beers into pubs, clubs and stadiums across Australia. The role starts on a casual basis with full‑time hours (38 hrs/week) and offers a rotating 3‑week shift pattern covering day, afternoon and night shifts. Pay grows with skill development, with a minimum annualised earnings of $70,727.
Key responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery on keg, bottle and can lines to meet production targets.
- Support line start‑ups, shutdowns and changeovers.
- Conduct quality checks and complete related documentation.
- Maintain safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Collaborate closely with Brewing, Warehouse and Quality teams.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
- Physically fit, reliable and safety‑conscious.
- Available for the full 3‑week rotating roster.
Required skills
- High‑risk forklift licence.
- First‑aid certificate.
