Head of Procurement ANZ

About the role

The Head of Procurement ANZ will lead procurement strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand for Domino's Pizza Enterprises, reporting to the Group Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ANZ procurement strategy aligned with business and supply chain goals.
• Lead category management, sourcing, supplier management and contract governance for direct and indirect spend.
• Drive annual procurement savings through strategic sourcing, negotiations and total cost optimisation.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to foster innovation and performance.
• Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to enhance resilience.
• Establish procurement governance frameworks, policies and SOPs across ANZ.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and risk standards.
• Provide procurement analytics, spend insights and performance reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and franchisee success.
• Champion responsible sourcing and align activities with organisational standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing procurement team.

Required profile

• Extensive procurement leadership experience across direct and indirect categories.
• Background in FMCG, food or QSR industry.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement or related).
• Currently based in Australia with full working rights.
