Product Manager - Finance Technology

About the role

Dexterous manages and runs internal finance teams for its clients, using off-the-shelf or RPA technologies and a global workforce to deliver a scalable, full-service financial team. The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic development and lifecycle management of products: understanding customer needs, defining product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing the product roadmap so that products launch successfully and grow in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define product requirements, features and enhancements from market research, customer feedback and industry best practice.
• Work with developers, project engineers and designers to turn requirements into development plans.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through implementation, testing and deployment.
• Act as main contact for stakeholders, giving regular status updates and addressing concerns.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients and refine business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure product quality and reliability through testing and validation, and implement quality control to fix defects and performance issues.

Required profile

• At least 12 years of progressive product management experience in the technology industry, focused on fintech, AI or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, products and regulatory environments, and a strong interest or background in accounting or finance.
• Proven track record of developing products from inception to market launch and executing strategic product initiatives.
• Leadership and team management skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in an AI programming language such as Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch), R or Java, with experience building and deploying AI models.
• Knowledge of product management principles and Agile or other iterative development methods.
