Producer – Video, Stills & Social Shoots

About the role

We are looking for a Producer to own the end‑to‑end planning and execution of all video, still and social media shoots for Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen. You will ensure that each shoot runs smoothly so the creative team can focus on delivering great content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑production planning for video, stills and social shoots, including talent sourcing, props, wardrobe, locations and permits.
• Create and maintain shoot schedules, call sheets, run sheets and the overall production calendar.
• Manage external suppliers and freelancers such as videographers, photographers, stylists and crew.
• Own and track production budgets, negotiate rates with talent, agents and suppliers, and flag financial risks early.
• Direct on‑set activities, manage time, talent and logistics, and make real‑time decisions when conditions change.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with talent agencies, suppliers and crew to strengthen our production network.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a producer or production role within a brand, agency or production company.
• Proven track record delivering shoots from brief to wrap.
• Strong budget management ability and experience reconciling shoot budgets independently.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple shoots simultaneously.
• Established network of talent, agents and freelancers or the ability to build one quickly.
• Calm, structured and resourceful under shoot‑day pressure.
