Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Safewill is building a digital ecosystem for estate planning in Australia and needs a Growth Marketing Specialist to own its paid media channels. You will work directly with campaign data, set up reporting, and help shape the acquisition engine.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a campaign calendar and channel plan across paid search, paid social and programmatic.
• Run, optimise and troubleshoot campaigns daily, using imperfect attribution data to identify true performance drivers.
• Set up dashboards and reporting that make performance visible and accountable.
• Support media and creative agency partners, flagging issues early.
• Partner with Product and Design on landing pages and CRO experiments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running campaigns in at least one paid channel (search, social or programmatic).
• Background in an in‑house growth role or a performance agency, with a technical or analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working with messy, incomplete data and making decisions from first principles.
