About the role

Join KBR's Water team in Melbourne to lead the design of large water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations across Australia. You will mentor engineers, manage client relationships and contribute to innovative digital engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of large water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
• Prepare technical reports, designs, drawings, contract documents and specifications.
• Provide guidance to engineers across the company and maintain client relationships.
• Assist industry leads in business strategy development and bid preparation.

Required profile

• Design‑focused Principal Mechanical Engineer with experience in water and wastewater utilities.
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to deliver constructible design solutions.
• Motivated by achievement and outcome‑oriented work.

Required skills

• Mechanical design of water treatment plants.
