Primary Care Lead

About the role

Operating within ResMed's Commercial Growth team, the Primary Care Lead will drive the company’s presence in the primary care sector by designing and executing evidence‑led programs that improve sleep health outcomes at the GP level. This role combines strategic insight with hands‑on project delivery in a complex healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of a national multi‑channel Primary Care engagement program.
• Translate market research and intelligence into functional insights, identify gaps and make confident recommendations.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Engage cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and collaborate on education programs and toolkits that are clinically credible.
• Work across sales, marketing, clinical and commercial teams to align the program with business priorities.
• Manage stakeholders with differing objectives while maintaining momentum and represent the program to senior leaders.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a primary‑care‑related role (commercial, clinical, consulting or strategic).
• Strategic understanding of the primary‑care industry.
• Proven track record leading complex projects or programs from design through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
