Speech Pathologist – Flexible Hours & Caseload

About the role

Optimum Healthcare is seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join a multidisciplinary team in Melbourne. The role can be full‑time, part‑time or contract, with flexible hours and the ability to tailor your caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based assessment and therapy for clients with communication and/or swallowing difficulties in community, home‑visit and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with families and allied health professionals to develop holistic, client‑centred treatment plans.
• Create therapy programs for Allied Health Assistants to implement.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in regular supervision.

Required profile

• Qualified Speech Pathologist (AHPRA‑registered) looking to expand clinical knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with clients, families and colleagues.
• Passionate about delivering innovative, evidence‑based services in community settings.
