About the role

Join a multidisciplinary team at Optimum Healthcare Australia to provide home‑based occupational therapy assessments, interventions and consultations. You’ll work with clients across the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne, tailoring your caseload to your interests and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ADL functional assessments and prescribe assistive technology.
• Implement minor and major home modifications and provide in‑home education.
• Develop therapy programs for Allied Health Assistants to deliver.
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals to deliver holistic care.

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Therapist seeking a flexible, client‑focused role.
• Passionate about inclusive, evidence‑based practice and empowering clients and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships.

Required skills
