Plant Operator – Quarry Operations

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Plant Operator to safely and efficiently run mobile and fixed plant equipment at our Linwood Quarry in Seacliff Park. You will be a key member of a dedicated team driving our quarry operations forward.

Key responsibilities

• Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment such as haul trucks, excavators and front‑end loaders safely and efficiently.
• Manage the crushing plant operation with precision and perform basic maintenance while keeping the plant clean.
• Participate in safety initiatives, including pre‑start checks, toolbox talks and incident reporting.
• Contribute to problem‑solving and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Experience operating mobile plant equipment (sales loader experience is a bonus).
• Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday.

• Operation of haul trucks, excavators and front‑end loaders.

• Basic plant maintenance.
