About the role
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to safely and efficiently run mobile and fixed plant equipment at our Lobethal Quarry. You will be a key member of a dedicated team, contributing to safe operations and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment such as haul trucks, excavators, and front‑end loaders.
- Manage the crushing plant operation with precision.
- Perform basic maintenance and keep the plant area clean.
- Participate in safety initiatives, including pre‑start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
Required profile
- Experience with mobile plant operation (sales loader experience is a bonus).
- Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday.
