Pick Packer / Store Person – South West Sydney

About the role

Trojan Recruitment Group is looking for a Pick Packer / Store Person to support various clients across the South West Sydney/M5 Corridor. The position offers an immediate start, a regular Monday‑to‑Friday schedule and onsite work in Campbelltown.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners to record stock movements.
• Perform manual handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Conduct quality and quantity checks on received stock.
• Carry out general warehouse duties such as shelving, labeling and inventory upkeep.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑to‑Friday and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in pick‑packing and RF scanning.
• Strong focus on safety and reliability.
• Excellent written, verbal and basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal history check, drug & alcohol test and D&A assessment.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
