Distribution Assistant – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Distribution Assistant will support the smooth flow of pharmaceutical products from the Bundamba warehouse to customers. Reporting to the Distribution Team Leader, you will help pick, pack, label and ship orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in picking, packing and labelling products for shipment.
• Ensure order accuracy and completeness before dispatch.
• Handle material loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
• Maintain a tidy warehouse and support inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve distribution efficiency.

Required profile

• Current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one – Viatris will cover the cost after probation).
• High school certification or relevant warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or appropriate visa).

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
