National Logistics Manager ANZ

About the role

Weber Blackstone is seeking a National Logistics Manager to lead logistics performance across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Adelaide, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics and warehousing operations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead performance and relationships with 3PL providers and transport partners.
• Resolve service failures and operational issues through root‑cause analysis and corrective action.
• Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, claims, damages and costs.
• Control logistics expenditure, support budgeting, forecasting and supplier negotiations.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS, EHS and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline (desirable).
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain management, preferably in a multi‑site or 3PL environment.
• Proven success managing 3PL and transport providers and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP, WMS and/or TMS systems (experience with Pronto advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting or analytics tools.
