Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join its Egencia team in New South Wales. You will provide outstanding service to corporate business clients, arranging travel and supporting their needs in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange domestic and international travel for individuals and groups, using GDS platforms.
• Conduct research on travel options, anticipate traveler needs, and promote additional services.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide positive telephone service, handle special requests, and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with team members to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.

Required profile

• Passion for client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and integrity with personal traveler information.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business or leisure travel.
• Team player open to feedback.

Required skills

• Native expertise in Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo).
