Corporate Travel Consultant – After‑Hours

About the role

Join Amex GBT’s 24/7 Traveler Care team as an After‑Hours Corporate Travel Consultant. You will work remotely, providing high‑quality travel support to corporate clients during evening and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange domestic and international business travel for individuals and groups, using air, road, rail, and accommodation options.
• Conduct research on travel options, anticipate traveler needs, and promote additional services.
• Utilise Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus) to book and manage itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional telephone service, handle special requests, and resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent client service and proactive problem‑solving.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity when handling personal traveler information.
• Ability to work independently on evenings (starting between 8:30 PM‑10:30 PM) and weekends.
• Team‑oriented mindset with openness to feedback and mentoring.

Required skills

• Native expertise with Global Distribution Systems – Sabre preferred.
• Familiarity with Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus.
