About the role
CG Recruitment is looking for reliable and hardworking pick packers to join a busy meat processing facility in Laverton. The shift runs from 5:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required.
Key responsibilities
- Pack cuts of meat into bags
- Operate cryovac machines to vacuum-seal meat products
- Pack and label boxes
- Stack and wrap pallets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Required profile
- Previous pick packing or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a meat processing environment
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Available for early morning starts and occasional Saturday shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace hygiene
