Pharmacy Assistant – Full‑time

About the role

Ramsay Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join its team on a permanent full‑time basis. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a healthcare and retail environment, with or without prior pharmacy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with over‑the‑counter products and general enquiries.
• Process sales and handle transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and maintain merchandising displays.
• Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment.
• Help with stock control and inventory management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays.
