Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Currumbin Waters)

About the role

Join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group as a Pharmacist at our Currumbin Waters store. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, provide expert medication counselling, and contribute to a high‑energy, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store, dispensary, and team operations.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts software.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists, and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee dispensary inventory, order processing, and stock control.
• Support and develop new business strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and a collaborative team mindset.
• Solid business acumen with an eye for detail.
• Minimum one year of experience in a pharmacy or retail setting; high‑volume retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
