Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacy Team

About the role

Join Bayside Health's Pharmacy team at Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston. As a Clinical Pharmacist you will work across acute, sub‑acute, mental health and community services, supporting safe and effective medication management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior pharmacists, clinical educators and multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication use.
• Provide expert medicines advice to patients and clinicians and support best‑practice prescribing.
• Participate in education, service improvement, research and the development of future pharmacy professionals.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with AHPRA Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Hospital pharmacy experience with a demonstrated understanding of contemporary practice in hospital clinical pharmacy services, QuM and therapeutics.
• Commitment to further education and self‑directed learning.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hospital clinical pharmacy practice.
• Understanding of quality use of medicines (QuM) and therapeutics.
