Personal Care Worker - Casual

About the role

A not-for-profit aged care provider is looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join its team at Corowa Court in Mornington on a casual basis. The role supports older Victorians with person-centred care, helping them live with dignity, independence and choice. Casual shifts cover AM, PM and night duty, with weekday and weekend availability.

Key responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing
• Work across AM shifts (approx. 7:00am to 3:00pm), PM shifts (approx. 2:45pm to 10:00pm) and night duty (approx. 9:45pm to 7:15am)

Required profile

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
• Experience working in an aged care environment
• Genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one
