About the role

Join Andromeda Robotics as a Robot Companion Facilitator, helping residents in aged‑care homes and children’s hospitals engage with Abi, an empathetic AI robot. You will lead group and one‑on‑one sessions that bring conversation, games, and music to participants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interactive group activities with Abi, including games and cognitive exercises.
• Facilitate personalized one‑on‑one conversations to enhance participant experience.
• Operate Abi, troubleshoot basic issues, and adapt sessions to individual needs.
• Manage session logistics: set up equipment, ensure timely start/end, and communicate with care‑home staff.
• Represent Andromeda Robotics professionally, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent people skills with the ability to connect with all ages.
• Strong public‑speaking confidence for group settings.
• Genuine interest in technology and comfort learning new products.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a caring, community‑focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence and vehicle for travel between locations.
• Availability for 3‑5 days a week, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm.
