People Partnering Manager

About the role

Dabble is scaling rapidly and needs a senior HR leader to shape high‑performance across the business. The People Partnering Manager will lead a small team of People Partners, coach executives and drive people strategy in a fast‑moving, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Partnering team across multiple regions, setting priorities and building capability.
• Partner with Executives, GMs and Heads of functions as a trusted advisor on performance, capability and organisational decisions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, development and difficult conversations.
• Own Dabble’s performance and remuneration cycles, including leader engagement, calibration and outcome conversations.
• Manage complex performance and employee‑relations matters end‑to‑end.
• Drive workforce and succession planning, learning, leadership development and career growth initiatives.
• Support organisational design and change initiatives, using data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in People Partnering or HR Business Partnering, with a track record of leading and developing teams.
• Background in both mature HR frameworks and fast‑moving start‑up or scale‑up environments.
• Hands‑on leadership style, able to stay close to day‑to‑day business needs.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex employee‑relations cases.
• Experience delivering performance cycles, remuneration reviews and leadership development programmes.
