Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates across your specialisation.
• Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Source, assess and represent top talent, using market knowledge to advise both clients and candidates.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and broader business success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of 360‑degree recruitment or solution‑based B2B sales experience.
• Commercially driven, results‑focused and naturally consultative.
• Resilient, curious, eager to learn and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment technology, including AI‑powered tools.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling abilities.
