People and Culture Business Partner

About the role

Support the people and culture function for Kubota Australia and New Zealand, delivering an outstanding employee experience across both countries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to provide operational HR support, interpret legislation, policies and deliver training.
• Facilitate annual performance, remuneration and engagement cycles and ensure compliance.
• Configure, maintain and train users on HRIS and LMS platforms.
• Administer benefits, fleet management and travel programs.
• Lead CSR and DEI initiatives, including event support and statutory reporting.
• Prepare analysis, metrics and reports for management on an ad‑hoc or scheduled basis.
• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding and conduct inductions.
• Support recruitment processes and candidate care as required.

Required profile

• Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted work rights.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
• Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law.
• Proven ability to produce accurate analysis and reporting from complex data sets.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with high attention to detail.
