Patient Concierge Agent (Inbound Appointment Setter)

About the role

We are seeking a Patient Concierge Agent to join our fast‑growing remote team. You will turn inbound patient enquiries into booked consultations for specialty surgical practices, delivering a high‑touch experience across bariatric surgery, LASIK, ophthalmology and cataract services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, SMS and email.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective patients.
• Provide clear information about medical procedures and consultation processes.
• Follow up consistently throughout the decision‑making journey.
• Schedule consultations directly into provider calendars.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and CRM platforms.
• Meet appointment‑booking and follow‑up targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Warm, friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Proven reliability, strong attendance and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and comfort discussing healthcare services.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and dedicated home‑office setup.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities.
