Park Manager

About the role

The Park Manager will lead overall park operations and guest experience at Myall Shores NRMA Holiday Park, a popular destination nestled between lake, bush and beach on Worimi Country. This is a 3‑month fixed‑term role with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day park operations and ensure a high‑quality guest experience.
• Lead and develop the onsite team, fostering a safety‑first culture.
• Manage safety, compliance and risk mitigation activities.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, reporting and commercial outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders and the local community.
• Ensure assets are presented well and maintained to standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in park, hospitality or accommodation operations.
• Leadership experience managing frontline teams.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and guest satisfaction.
• Confidence working with budgets, reporting and commercial results.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
