About the role

Join Henry Schein's specialist team focused on delivering endodontic solutions across Australia and New Zealand. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for the EdgeEndo portfolio, supporting clinicians by phone and building trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑depth expertise on Henry Schein’s endodontic products, supporting customers via phone.
• Build and grow relationships with new and existing customers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to drive capability and new business.
• Own monthly and annual sales targets for the endodontic portfolio.
• Use customer insights and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Identify changes in customer purchasing and match them with appropriate solutions.
• Deliver product training and ongoing support to customers and field sales staff.
• Represent Henry Schein at industry exhibitions, study groups and professional events.

Required profile

• Experience in the dental industry with a passion for endodontics.
• Customer‑service background, preferably phone‑based sales.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Self‑starter, resilient team player eager to learn.
• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong Excel skills.
