Oracle Program Manager

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Program Manager to lead large‑scale Oracle ERP Cloud transformations for clients in Australia. The role involves shaping business cases, guiding migration strategies and delivering end‑to‑end implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases for Oracle Cloud ERP transformations, quantifying financial and non‑financial benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design cloud migration strategies, multi‑year journey maps and change‑management plans.
• Manage client relationships, advise on problem resolution and support the design of cloud operating models.
• Lead thought‑leadership activities, create service offerings, white papers and contribute to knowledge‑management repositories.
• Support sales and marketing efforts through proposal development, client presentations and market research.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience implementing Oracle applications, including at least three end‑to‑end Oracle implementations and one ERP Cloud project.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex transformation programs and work with senior stakeholders.
• Australian citizenship or right to work in Australia; ability to travel up to four days per week.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle Financials Cloud (AR, AP, GL, Treasury, Projects).
• Program and project management tools and methodologies.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge.
