About the role
We are a national NDIS provider seeking Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the autonomy of a mobile caseload and genuine flexibility in their workweek. This role involves delivering allied health support across home, school, workplace and community settings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload across home, school, workplace and community settings.
- Conduct functional and standardised assessments.
- Develop personalised, evidence‑based therapy plans.
- Recommend Assistive Technology and environmental modifications.
- Support participants to build independence and improve quality of life.
Required profile
- Current AHPRA registration as an OT.
- Strong communication and time‑management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach.
- Passion for working in the disability sector.
